Bed and Breakfast

This  beautiful  old  farmhouse  is  only  15  minutes  away  from  Naples  and  the sea.  Situated  in  the  country ,  overlooking  the peninsula  of  Cuma  and  the island  of  Ischia ,  sits   in  the  heart  of  the  historical  centre  of  Cuma,  Pozzuoli,
Campi  Flegrei, areas of  great  archaeological  interest  rich  in   Roman  and  Greek   ruins,  temples  and museums.
The house itself is of some historical interest.
The   inside  of  the   property    has  been   beautifully   restored   with  all  modern
comforts,  antique   furniture,  Italian  silks  and  lovely bathrooms  but, it  carefully
retains all  its old  country  style  with  beamed  ceilings,  open  fire places  and  stone floors. It is surrounded by the most lovely Mediterranean lawned  gardens dotted  with orange and lemon trees, bordered with flower beds of fragrant climbing pink and yellow roses   where  you  can  enjoy  a large   swimming   pool   with roman steps, a pergola with dining accommodations, BBQ  and a very efficient Pizza oven,  many pleasant shaded areas.
The nearest airport is Naples Capodichino, the train  station is Naples-Mergellina,
both at  a distance of 20 Km and the  port  of  Pozzuoli is only  a few minutes away
 with  ferries and hydrofoils to the islands of Capri, Ischia,  Procida,  Ponza. If   you  wish  excursions  can  be  arranged to  Naples, Caserta, Pompei, Ercolano and the coast of Amalfi - Sorrento - Positano.  
Golf, riding and tennis are near by.
Meals and laundry service  are available on the premises.
We are  breeders  of   Siberian  Husky with five champions  who live on  a fenced
ground near the property.
English is spoken and some French and Spanish.
There are six apartments in the house of  various sizes all independent from
each other.

All apartments share the garden and the swimming pool.
The owner and the staff live on the premises.
Maid service is included in the price.  
There is a car park inside the property.

DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY

- From Rome: take the A1 Autostrada to Napoli and on to the Tangenziale Est/Ovest heading towards Naples airport and      beyond in direction Pozzuoli to the exit 13 Cuma.
- From Southern Italy: take the A3 north towards Napoli and onto the Tangenziale Est/Ovest heading towards the Naples airport and beyond in direction Pozzuoli to the exit13 Cuma.

- From the Naples airport Capodichino take the Tangenziale Ovest in direction Pozzuoli to the  exit13 Cuma.

From the Cuma exit off of the Tangenziale di Napoli Est/Ovest:

- After paying the toll, at the Cuma exit proceed straight.

- You will pass a lake(Lake Averno) on the left;then after 300 meters at the small intersection take a left.

- Continue for 500 meters and at the next intersection take a right.

- Proceed straight and you will go through a narrow, ancient arch. At the bottom of the hill you will reach an intersection where you should turn right onto Via Cuma Licola.

- Continue along this road, for about one kilometer. Watch the right for a grocery store called Supermercato VIBIAN.

- Proceed slowly, as Villa Giulia' s unpaved drive is the third rigth after the grocery store.At its entrance you will see a large marble stone marked 178 Via Cuma Licola.Take the drive for 500 meters and you will arrive at the parking area and entrance.
